In 2005, Schwarzenegger - who has already testified against two photographers who use their cars to surround him when he went to take their children to school before becoming governor in 1998 - signed a law that celebrities can triple the damages Search by the paparazzi when they were assaulted during a shoot. This transfer was inspired by incidents related to Lindsay Lohan and Scarlett Johansson - both in car accidents, having pursued by snappers involved - and Reese Witherspoon, who is facing an aggressive shooter for a Disney theme park with their children.

To do with registering a low public approval ratings, Mr. Schwarzenegger signed the bill on the paparazzi on the same day he signed the law creating a day of recognition for the state supervisor of deaths in San Francisco and rights gay crusader Harvey Milk, and a measure that same sex couples legally married in other states with full rights of marriage in California.
