Lady Gaga was nominated for 13 awards — a VMA record — at the 2010 MTV VMA show, plus though she didn't pull all of them, she did walk away with eight. Although at times, walking seemed to be hard for Gaga given her fervent outfits.
It's clear that Lady Gaga was the queen of this year's VMAs. Even though there was no doing from the leading lady (tear!), she went through multiple costume changes plus graciously accepted all.

Daniel Radcliffe - Daniel Radcliffe's Hallows Shake-Up
Daniel Radcliffe thinks the impending 'Harry Potter' movie will "shake some people up".
The 21-year-old actor - who newly finished filming the final two movies of the wizard film franchise - admits he believes scenes where his titular good repute finds himself close to death after being exhausted up by his arch-nemesis Voldemort will be difficult for some fans to watch.
He explained: "Voldemort does absolutely kick six bells out of me, and that's what makes it effective, the fact that Harry's a kid having the c**p exhausted out of him. If it's Voldemort fatal an of age - well, he does that loads in the films.
"To see him brutalising and franticly trying to kill a 17-year-old boy is hopefully going to shake some people up."
Despite Harry's struggles to fight for his life, Daniel doesn't believe his alter-ego has entirely grown up.
He explained to Empire magazine: "Someone said to me the other day, 'Is there one point where Harry becomes a man?' and the thing is, I don't think he does in this film, because the point is he's still 17."
Movie Extra in Coma After Accident Filming 'Transformers 3'
Gabriela Cedillo, 24, has been pursuing a anger for acting while working a steady job at a bank. On Wednesday, she was driving her car straight through a scene of "Transformers 3," filming in Hammond, Ind., when a stunt for the scene went horribly wrong.
Witnesses said a cable snapped, whipping at the hand of her windscreen and hitting her in the head. She is recovering from brain surgery at Loyola Medical Center.
Neighbors told MyFoxChicago.com that Cedillo was excited to be working on the movie.
"It was a blessing to know she was going to be a part of it," Nate Smith told the TV station. "But then to find out she was part of the loser accident, it set you back a few steps. ... Nothing you can do but sit and pray."
The last day of filming in Chicago had been scheduled for Thursday, but it was called off because of the accident.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with Gabriela, her family and loved ones," the film creation said in a written statement. "We are looking into what caused the accident."
State workplace investigators in Indiana also are looking into the accident.
Kara DioGuardi leaves American Idol panel
Simon Cowell quit the programme in May to converge on a US version of UK presentation The X Factor while comedienne Ellen DeGeneres left in July.
Jennifer Lopez and Areosmith's Steven Tyler have been linked with unoccupied positions on the panel.
"I felt like I won the lottery when I joined American Idol two years ago but I feel like now is the best time to leave," DioGuardi said in a statement.
Of the original judges, only record producer Randy Jackson remains.
It is not clear whether the next season of the display will have a panel of three or four judges.
May's finale was the lowest rated since the first series in 2002 with 24.2m tuning in to see former paint salesman Lee DeWyze take the crown.
But the programme remains the most-watched TV play in the US.
Lady Gaga's deathly diet
The singer's former tour manager, David Ciemny, claims she would binge on junk food such as cakes and sweets, then not eat for weeks to fit into her costumes - once losing 9kgs between fittings for one of her outfits.
Describing her condition, David says in Maureen Callahan's new book Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga: "When I say she was sick, I indicate physically and mentally."
Talent scout Wendy Starland added: "The pressure on her to lose weight was very high."
Also in the book, David's wife Angela claims she used to supplememt Gaga on tour alongside her husband, and the singer would cuddle up to her in bed before performances.
She said: "I would say, 'Gaga, I have a husband to go home to. I'll be in the room next door.'
"She'd call and text me, 'I miss you, Ange, can you come back?' So I would.
"We actually would do our makeup together every morning and get ready for bed together at night."
Despite six hospital stints last year, the 24-year-old star's health problems have prolonged into 2010, with her being forced to cancel four US shows in January because she was suffering from an irregular heartbeat, brought on by exhaustion. She also broke down in New Zealand in March and has recently tested "borderline positive" for Lupus, a tissue disease which killed her aunt.
Gaga has previously admitted to being "insecure", but claims she hides behind her onstage persona.
She said: "When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl. Then I say, you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today."

Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga by Maureen Callahan includes the claim by her former tour chief David Ciemny that she would binge on junk at times, while at others would severely restrict her calorie intake to fit into her mark revealing outfits.
Ciemny also alleges the 24-year-old once lost 20 pounds in between costume fittings.
Gaga's load reportedly caused concerned during concern during the filming of the chart topper’s Paparazzi video clip.
The Daily Mail quotes a witness from the shoot commenting: '”Producers had to shoot around her. They draped fabric over her thighs and shot her backside with a softer lens.”
According to genius scout Wendy Starland, who helped discover Gaga, admitted: ”The pressure on her to lose load was very high.”
